The Why and How of
Press-on Nails
I began offering press-on nails in 2020 as an option to clients to still enjoy fun nails safely while at home. Not only are they convenient, they are also:
Applied easily
REUSABLE (I use high quality gel)
Used for both short- and long-term wear. They can last up to 10 days using nail glue!
Healthier for your nails. They cause minimal damage when removed properly.

The Importance of
Nail Health
The best thing you can do for your nails and hands is to keep them healthy. Your overall health affects that of your nails and vice versa. Every nail technician will thank you for keeping your nails in top-top shape between salon visits. Here are some ways to do this:
Moisturize! Aim for daily application. Lotion will do in a pinch, but cuticle oil perforates the nail plate better.
Nails are jewels, not tools! Avoid picking them, or using them to do things like opening soda cans.
Wear gloves! Whether outdoors when it's cold, or when handwashing dishes, gloves will help prevent drying out.
